Policies

Appointment Cancelation/Reschedule Policy:

Cancelation Policy - Card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled services for the following situations:

*Rescheduling under 48 hours 

-Even if the appointment was made in that time frame

-Even if the appointment is being rescheduled to a later time that day

​

*Showing up later than 15 minutes for your appointment

-I try to give 15 minutes of wiggle room time, but past that I am no longer able to give you the quality service you are paying for.

​

*Changing services under 48 hours

-Since I schedule out a certain amount of time for your appointment, any changes to that appointment under the 48 hours will result in this policy needing to be applied to the original service scheduled.

Service Re-Do:

My goal as a stylist is to always have great communication so that you feel comfortable to talk to me if something is not right with your hair! I always do my best to give you the look you are hoping for, but if you go home and notice something is not quite right, please don't hesitate to reach out to me within 2 weeks of your scheduled appointment. I will be happy to bring you back in as soon as possible to make any necessary adjustments so that you can truly feel in love with your new hair!

Education Class Refund Policy:

I am committed to providing high-quality education and training. I do understand that circumstances may change, I aim to be fair while maintaining the integrity of my programs.

-Cancellations made 48 hours after purchase are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future class on a case-by-case basis. 

​

If a Class or Workshop Needs to Be Rescheduled:


-All registered participants will be notified as soon as possible via email and/or phone.
-Attendees will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund.
-If the new date does not work for the attendee, they may apply their payment toward a future class of their choice.
